My work explores the rich tradition of miniature painting while reinterpreting its essence for a contemporary context. Rooted in history, miniature painting tells stories of power, devotion and daily life with meticulous detail. I draw from this visual language, engaging with its intricate craftsmanship and narrative depth to bridge the past and present. By fragmenting images into pieces, I challenge the notion of a singular, fixed perspective. This deconstruction allows for a dynamic interplay between history and modernity, inviting viewers to reconstruct meaning in a new way. The act of breaking and reassembling speaks to the shifting nature of identity, memory and cultural heritage. Through this process, I aim to evoke both nostalgia and discovery, honoring the tradition of miniature painting while pushing its boundaries into new artistic territories. My work is a dialogue between time periods, questioning how historical imagery can remain relevant in a rapidly evolving world
